Quinceanera Mass

Thank you for your interest in celebrating your daughter's Quinceanera at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church!  Ceremonies are celebrated each Saturday at 11:30am and 1:30pm.

The application process is in three steps.

• Step 1: Complete the application form (click here).
• Step 2: Read and sign the parish policies (click here).
• Step 3: Submit the required documents (click here).

Upon completion of all three steps, the parish office will contact you to discuss available dates.
